How to get to the hostel?

From the Airport
Before 11pm: Take the train heading north and get off after one stop, at “HaHagana” train station. Once there, cross the street (through the tunnel) and take bus or minivan no. 16 to the corner of Allenby and Hayarkon St. (Opera tower)

From Tel-Aviv central bus station:
Bus No.16 or 31 from Levinsky St., get off at the Opera Tower.
Bus number 4 from inside the station on the 4th floor; get off at the first stop on Ben Yehuda St.

From Tel-Aviv central railway station (Savidor):
Bus No. 10 get off at Allenby St.

How to get to the hostel at night?

After 11pm: There are trains to Tel Aviv once every hour from the airport at night. In this case you have to take the train heading north to Tel Aviv Central train station. From there you should take a taxi to the hostel which should cost around 40 shekels

*Another option at any time is to take a taxi straight from the airport; this shouldn’t cost more than 150 – 160 shekels but ask the driver to run the meter.

What time are check in and check out?

Official Check in time is 12:30 PM, but if a room is ready before that time we are more than happy to allow an early check in. our check out time is 10:30 AM.

Can I check in during the night?

Sure, the hostel is open 24 hours and so is the reception so you can check in as late as you need!

Do you have all female dorms? And mixed?

Yes! We have both separate female dorms and mixed dorms. You can choose your preferred type of room on our booking form.

What is the difference between private and private shared?

Both rooms are private rooms and have air conditioning/heating and cable TV. The only difference is that a private room has the shower and toilet inside the room and the private shared has the shower and toilet outside the room, on the same floor on the corridor.

What is the cancellation policy?

Although we would be very sorry not to have you staying with us, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the date of arrival free of charge.

Is there any discount for several days of stay?

We have a weekly rate for the dorms; if you stay for a week or more and pay in advance you will get our long term discount (provided that you booked directly with us and not through a third party booking engine).
Also, the good part is that you can pay for a week and then split the days in different periods; you don’t have to use them all at once.

Is my card going to be charged when I make the booking?

No, the card is only a security to make sure that you are coming. Payment is upon arrival and you can pay in cash or with a card.

Do you have lockers in the rooms?

We offer both lockers and safety boxes which are located on the ground floor, next to the reception, due to safety considerations.

Is there a maximum or minimum period of stay?

Our Maximum period of stay is 14 nights. We have no minimum stay.

Is there parking at the hostel?

The hostel does not have a parking of its own but there are plenty of parking lots around the hostel which cost around 25-30 shekels (one entry).
